Excellent, Outstanding and Value for Money
I am exceptionally pleased with this equipment. I was surprised how strong and sturdy it is. It came with easy to understand instructions, a fitness wall chart and an exercise DVD. I cannot believe what excellent value for money and if I could I would award this product 10 stars. I can thoroughly recommend this item without any doubt at all.

Easy set up
A great product that helps your fitnessIn my opinion I feel awkward when doing sit ups due to how low I go or the cushion 's surface area. Overall great productWould buy again

As good as the more expensive brands for half the price
Love this its a good alternative to the more expensive ones on the market...does just as good of a job for half the prize... its easy to use , really good for the price , you can do many different exercises with it and easy to store away

Great value and an efficient little home workout
This is a fab little home workout station and for the money is equally as efficient and comparable to many others which are twice the price and advertised on TV. The only thing I would say is that when you are doing leg exercises where you have to sit on a chair and push down on the bars, the back of the thing tips up. I solved this by pushing it half under the bed, and doing the exercise sitting on the edge of the bed. No problem, it worked fine like that.Well worth the money

Poor. Avoid
My house mate owns something very similar but is significantly more stable. In bicycle operation, the device does not stay grounded. In terms of adjustability, the device has little to offer. In addition to this, one of the small lock keys does not hold as it’s damaged. I would stay clear of this. I’ve bought this as a present for someone and am very disappointed with its build and quality.

Great value for a great ab workout machine
Great machine, build quality excellent, easy to assemble and easy to use. Have been using it for daily 15 min workout and can already feel it working my muscles. For the money it is great value, I can definitely recommend this product.Mr p moxham

Useless!
The base of the machine I s far too small for an adult to use, as well as too low on the floor to get onto, to complete single exercises in comfort, let alone any number!
