They work great and are really easy to move into the position ...
For the price and the quality of mounts not the swivel but the mounts are OK. The full motion gas arms save this product. They work great and are really easy to move into the position you want with minimal force applied. No complaints about the Gas Spring Arms.First things first. These are rated to be able to hold 19.8 pound monitors. All 3 of my monitors that are mounted to this way 17.5lbs as they are all identical. On the left and right arms the monitors do not stay upright. They will slowly start to angle themselves under the weight. This is very annoying and no amount of screw tightening will correct htis issue on the mounts. Ended up having to rig it with other materials to get it to stay where i wanted it to.SecondThese are advertised as being able to hold screens upto 24". The three monitors I have mounted are 24" BenQ monitors. If you were expecting to use this for playing triple monitor games think again. The length of the arms do not support triple monitors (24") in a horizontal fashion as they are not long enough to perfectly align all 3. They do not come close to lining up in this fashion with 24" monitors. They will not go side by side, hell you can't even get just 2 of them lined up in this fashion. For monitors smaller than 24" this may not be an issue.

Caveat emptor: Unresponsive/non-existent customer support
Six emails and one month later to Loctek’s customer support, I haven’t received a single response, and I’m stuck with broken parts. I’ll let the emails and photos speak for themselves. You be the judge. Caveat emptor.---------- Forwarded message ---------From: Jonathan WheelerDate: Sat, Jun 9, 2018 at 9:46 PMSubject: Re: Replacements for 2x D7SD arm connector & 1x D7Q fixed wreathTo: <[email protected]>, <[email protected]>One last try...Can someone please respond? Your customer service and support is literally non existent. Nobody is responding. I think the public and your would-be customers need to be warned about this.I’ll be posting this email thread on Amazon and elsewhere, and will be filing a complaint on Amazon. Sorry, but I’m not sure what else to do. I tried my best, but after two months of emailing you, I have received no response whatsoever, and I still have two broken monitor arms. This is unacceptable.Regretfully,JonathanOn Wed, May 23, 2018 at 1:39 PM Jonathan Wheeler wrote:[Adding [email protected]]On Wed, May 23, 2018 at 1:38 PM, Jonathan Wheeler wrote:Hello, anybody? Decent, but really needs parts from the Heavy-Duty version to be perfect.
The arm is good, the mounting options are good unless your desk is super thick (like mine, 5" or so). The ball-pivot point is very weak and does not hold (even when significantly tightened) the monitor very well. By comparison, the "heavy-duty" (support 19-44lb monitors) joint is in-fact a hinge with a pivot in the center of it, which is significantly better. The Heavy-Duty version of this arm also can be (with a little work) be configured to work with ~5.5" thick desks w/o needing a grommet mount. In short, if your monitor is <10lbs and your desk is thin this is a good mount. For my use, the only way I could make any arms (nothing met my needs) work was to combine parts from this arm and the heavy-duty version. If Loctek made the mounting clamps and the pivot points the same between this version and the heavy-duty version, the arm would arguably be one of the best on the market.

Ordered 2 of these to swing out from an end tables to in front of my couch for my wife and myself. So far We love them, we have touchscreens attached and are very convenient. The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the screen tilt up and down doesn't hold well enough for our monitors. If our vesa mount was more centered I believe it may help but regardless it doesn't hold it up if we want to use it laying flat. The swivel and arm extensions work great though. Just a word of advice make sure you get the one that matches your monitors weight and adjust the arm to your monitors weight.

Great choice
Work great. Good adjust-ability. Made a personal mistake because my monitors only have two of the four slots which makes angling them a little uncomfortable and I worry it might break my monitors. Seems like a good excuse to buy two more nicer monitors in the future. Would defiantly recommend. Be sure to have room behind your desk if you don't want to have the screens close to your face as the arms take up some space back there. I also bought a single and double set of arms for a tri monitor setup with a little more flexibility.

Buy the right size! Great value for an ergo arm.
Solid build, quality materials, integrated mic/speaker/usb, convenient cable management system and a very flexible ergonomic mount setup. Make sure to know the weight of you monitor and select the size accordingly. The arms joints are amazing and they bend and turn every which way, giving you ultimate control and precise positioning of your monitor. I have my mount setup from the side of the table extending to the middle and I do not notice a dip and the base is securely attached to my table. Great purchase and well worth the price.

Heavy Duty Arm that is fully adjustable. Very happy.
Very good purchase for the price. Is mounting my 2nd monitor for iMac -- Dell P2715Q.Very easy to put together, and was cautious around the cable covers due to others reviewing them as fragile ... once you figure out where their tabs are and their removal there should be no issue ... just take your time. The mount arm is very heavy duty, and it is nice to have the two mount options ... using the clamp option.Adjustments are easy to make ... just remember that the monitor can swivel and turn on many axes so you need to think about what bolts tighten what axis.Haven't tried out the USB and Audio plugs that are built into the mount, but will update once I do if there are any issues.Overall very impressed with the arm. One caution ... make sure you read the height it will lift the monitor and make sure it meets your needs. I have this mount next to it's bigger brother D7L that I have my iMac mounted on, and it is fully extended up to get it to the height I needed to have the two panels at the same level.

Installation simple et fonctionnement sans problème. Déplacement de l’écran sans effort. La rotation de paysage à portrait un peu moins conviviale mais ça fonctionne quand même.
