it is intended to remove decals and residue adhesive...not for wallpaper

Will this take off tape from the bottom of led strip lights? it is stuck on my wood and will not come off, and will it damage the paint?

Best guess, yes it will work, and no I do not think it will damage the paint, we used it to remove brand name decal residue off a brand new Forest River park model home, best stuff ever!.

Is this the same as arc starstruck?

I do not know about star struck. This product will take off quickly any adhesive goo on various surfaces
