The padding on it is great. The only problem is that it runs large. Medium is actually a large size. So choose 1 size smaller. There's only two sizes anyway. The price is right for it which I bought it for $95. There is not much I can say on the head gear.

A must have for all doing MMA sports. Very well made and durable. My only suggestion is to order two, this way you will have one drying and still have one to workout with. My sons workouts are so intense, he could ring the sweat out like a wet towel. eww
