An upgrade from steel knives
They really do seem sharper than steel knives. But you do have to treat them with better care than steel. I hand-wash them and they have stayed sharp over the past year. They still cut tomatoes great, better than a steel knife. I also don't use them to cut into anything hard that could break them (steel knife is better for that). They haven't stained at all either.It was worth the purchase for me.

Love these knives
These are the best knives. But don't pry with them, they'll snap the tip off. The cut great and are easy to clean.

Major upgrade to our cooking utensils
Pro:1) Very sharp2) Slices through all vegetables without effort.3) Like the white colored blades.4) Strongly recommend using a cutting board. These will slice right through a paper plate.5) The handle grips are comfortable.Con: None at this time.

Only negative is they do not come with protective sleevesOtherwise these are great knives. When the went on sale I bought a set for my sister and one for myself.

Great sharp long lasting knives.
They are sharp and work are as good as the one we bought at Publix years ago which is still great to use! That's why we bought more of these. Great for preparing food!

NOT worth the money
I got a set of these knives and the first week I had them, one of them got a really big chip while cutting VEGGIES - got the second set and haven't used them for a while. I finally opened them, and what do you know? I was cutting veggies and AGAIN one of them chipped and I will not be buying them again. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a good set of ceramic knives, this is definitely not that!!!!!

I bought this extra set for our vacation home because I rely on them so much at home. Always super sharp! These will ruin you for knives!

my blade broke in half on my 4.5 inch blade
the blade broke in half, I bought this in June 2022 and love the product, but seems to be an imperfection in this particular blade. I can't seem to get in touch with the company. I have used this product at a friends house so I had to buy it. can anyone tell me how to get in touch with the company?
