Works like it should
Easy to customize the length of the sound tube as needed and the cord isn't too short or overly long like some. Earpiece fits good, just takes getting used to if you've never used one before.

Comfortable and reliable
Always using this earpiece for work.. while others are having issues with theirs constantly working.. I never have an issue.. a must have !

Had it for a few months no problems ... seems to be better then the cheaper ones

Lasts a week, audio cuts out
After about one week using this ear piece, I noticed my radio light turn green (indicating incoming traffic) but I didn't hear anything. Checked volume, and it was okay. Next traffic came in fine, I thought okay, it's a one off thing. Then I key up and don't hear the beep, but the light is red (indicating that I am transmitting). So okay every once in a while the audio doesn't come through. I try to ignore it and just hope it doesn't happen too often. Then the day I finally stopped using it I was on quite an important call, searching for an individual, and I just had to unplug it because I NEEDED to hear my radio. All this to say, you can't trust this cheapo earpiece. Buy once cry once.

Sounds great until the audio cuts out
I’ve run this ear piece every way I can think of, and it just cuts in and out. It worked fine for the first 2 weeks on patrol, then it started acting up. I checked that it’s clear of gunk. I checked that the acoustic tube isn’t getting crushed. I moved my mic so that the plug on the tube was pushed up against my body camera, to ensure the plug wasn’t slipping out. It just cuts out without warning.I haven’t had a real chance to figure out what the problem is. After a shift of asking my partner what dispatch said every third call, the ear piece got stowed.

Only 1 week of reliability.
I used this earpiece for my Law Enforcment radio. I used this earpiece for around 1 week and now it will not receive transmissions when my head may be turned in certain positions or when I’m Seated or bent over. I do not recommend a earpiece that is only reliable for 1 week.
