Press the "+" button on the top for 3 seconds to turn unit on (The RED light blinks when unit is on). 4.Long press the power switch, the Blue LED indicator light will blink, place your hand underneath the sensor within the range of 2-3inches to make the liquid soap dispenser working.and the palm continues to be in the sensing area for 2 seconds. 5.If the palm stays for more than 3 seconds, the liquid will be discharged at most twice, and the liquid will not be re-exited. After the palm is removed from the sensing area, it can be re-discharged after being placed in the sensing area again. 6. The first time you use the unit open and close the lid to let any air bubbles escape. Place your hand underneath the pump to dispense soap. 7.Enjoy the convenience of soap dispensers. Amazing quality

Product is as described and works great,The charge lasted a little over 6 months as advertised,I just replaced the batteries after exactly six months,much loved, no issues ever, it just got old and stopped working,I bought a different, cheaper automatic soap dispenser before, but when it started having trouble I decided to replace it with this one.

Great quality product
I bought this dispenser and use it in the kitchen and put washing liquid in it. It's so easy to use as its automatic. It m gives the right amount of liquid to wash with rather than having a big bottle of the liquid. Great product. love it!

It is very helpful because the hands can be washed without touching the body of the hand soap with dirty hands during cooking, the soap uses a commercially available viscous liquid soap

I have discovered how to use the unit, works very well.
There's no need to touch it atall so it's even more sanitary than having to touch the soap bottle or push down on the pump with dirty handsSo for me this is perfect!I'll be buying two more 1for my bathroom and one for my kitchen.

Lovely product looks great in my bathroom
I loved the fact that we can put 300ML of soap and that the soap is dipensed so quickly! Exactly what I wanted !it makes the product much more cost effective.
