It feels a bit odd at first to type through a plastic sheet, but the cover is designed to mold on and around the keys and is not obtrusive, although it does have a few spots where it doesn't quite fit like a second skin. There are no "one size fits most" covers; you tell them the make of your computer, how many keys it has, knobs, volume buttons, etc. and they send you a cover molded for your exact keyboard. This is a must have for me; I order a new cover every time I get a new computer. It's as essential for a new computer as a screen protector for a touchscreen smart phone.Most of their covers fit very well, but the mold used to make the cover for your particular keyboard may fit more tightly or loosely than other models.If you have kids, clumsy family members, lots of dust in your house, pets that walk on your desk and shed, etc. you need this. It protects against everything - chili spilled on the keyboard, drinks accidentally tipped over, crumbs from sandwiches and cookies, everyday grunge from your fingers...EVERYTHING. Your keyboard will last much longer with this cover installed.

This was an office order for my company. The person that this was ordered for, has bought this for the same keyboard before, same company, Fellowes. Followed all the ordering instructions only to find out that Fellowes no longer makes the keyboard cover for his keyboard. He had to contact Fellowes directly to find this info out. Fellowes sent him a direct letter to give to the retailer so that we could be issued a refund. This whole process took over 2 months. So I contacted the seller through Amazon and they are refusing to issue a refund because its past their 30day return policy. I've also contacted Amazon's Customer service, who messaged the seller as well and now I have to wait 48hrs to find out of Amazon will cover this refund. My advise is #1 Don't do business with this seller at all and #2 Contact Fellowes directly first to find out if they even still make a keyboard cover for your keyboard before you purchase. Don't assume they do, even if you have purchased the same exact thing before, for the same exact keyboard!UPDATE: Amazon processed the refund for us using their "A-to-Z Guarantee Policy". It took Amazon over a week to do this and I had to send them the letter we got from Fellowes about getting a refund. The seller was no help.

I just got a Seenda flat wireless rechargeable full size key board. 2.5 weeks after sending in the order form I received I got a letter stating my keyboard was not supported. I think they only do the "old" keyboards and not any of the new flat ones. But I just txt cheated with customer support and they said the would give me the full refund. I don't know how I was supposed to send Amazon a copy of the letter, thankfully when I asked they just processed the return.

In the past, I've gone through many a keyboard by rubbing off the letters. See, I keep my nails pretty long and type pretty fast, so the combination of this rubs letters off and eventually I have to get a new keyboard.This product is an excellent defense against that and against having to clean out the keyboard... ever. The kit arrives and you fill out the specifications of your particular brand of keyboard and in a few weeks you receive a custom molded keyboard cover. As a faithful consumer of either Logitech or Microsoft keyboards myself, I've ordered a couple of these (one for work, then one for home after seeing how well it's worked) and both have fit my keyboards exactly. They're also a breeze to clean with your standard cleaning wipe (a house guest used it and it was pretty grubby when he was done).A side effect of the cover is also that it mutes a lot of the sound of my fingers somewhat pounding the keys... which has improved relations at work from coworkers who razzed me for my loud typing.It does take a couple days to get used to, but once you do it's like it's not even there! Great product if you're on the computer a lot like I am.

You receive a voucher and code for on-line ordering, then must order for your specific keyboard. Fit seems decent and it is supposed to conform tightly to key board so you never remove. Ours has never conformed and is like typing with pillows on the keys. Will not buy another, but may try a hair dryer to soften a bit.

I really like this cover. I have a tendency to eat at my desk, plus we have pets that shed a lot, so keyboards around here get dirty and gross pretty fast, so when it was time to replace my keyboard, this seemed like a good investment. This cover fits well and (so far) it seems like it will last a long time. It does feel a little different when I type, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. It definitely makes typing quieter!

I have ordered these covers for years - always had great service and love the products. Lasted for years and never problem. But they don't make them to fit the type of keyboard that comes with my new computer - and All in One HP Pavillion - just a heads up!

I ordered this product back in 2000 and it is still in good condition eight years later. I recently purchased a new PC this year & wanted to protect my keyboard, so I ordered another Fellowes Custom Keyguard. It came in less time than the order form stated and fit my keyboard perfectly. It saves on having to buy cans of compressed air. I still have the can from 2000 and it still contains air. I never have to worry about dust, particles, or even spills getting inside the keyboard. This is a great investment and worth every penny.
