I’ve ordered these bags for years. The zippers aren’t durable at all. I go through 2 bags a year because the zipper breaks. The bag is lightweight and not expensive so I guess I keep coming back for more purchases because of the price. Just wish the zippers would last because the bag itself is durable

This is a beautiful bag. It’s the perfect size. Big enough that I can use it as a diaper bag but easily transitions into a purse/bag when I’m not with my kids. It took me a long time to find the perfect bag. This is my second HeShe purchase and I have been happy with both! Quality product.

This back pack is classy and trendy. I love that there are pockets on each side outside the backpack for storage of items you need to access quickly. Numerous compliments. I grabbed another Heshe bag because if the quality.

Nice leather, well made and reasonably priced. This is my second bag. I had my previous backpack purse from Heshe and I used it pretty much every day for several years. The leather held up great but I messed up the zipper over time and general use. Excited to see that my second backpack purse is really well made and cute as well.

I absolutely love this bag. I get so many compliments on it. However. As others have said. The zipper quality just isn’t there. With minimal use, you can see where the zipper is failing. It is keeping the bag from zipping open and closed at this point. SO sad because overall the bag is extremely well made.

I like the backpack itself.Its stylish and has enough room,BUT.It was a very bad idea to make stripes with nylon material.Why the product maker would ever do that?Don't they test their consept,check samples...before they make the real product.Well,they definitely should.These nylon stripes are very bad.They never stay in place.The slider always goes down and i have to make sure i hold it when i wear it.

Very good quality of leather. Love how soft & roomy it is. My only wish is that I wish it had to zipper pulls on the main compartment but it's not that big of an issue.
