Nice colors
These worked fine with bible marking, and even when doing some coloring. I am not sure on the sheerness of all the colors, as did not use them all. What I used was fine. I do think they are more sheer than regular crayons.

THE BEST DRY-HIGHLIGHTERS
100% Satisfied with this purchase. Item was received the next day with Prime, was well-packaged, and as described. This is the second package of this brand of dry highlighters that I've purchased. I've tried others, and tossed or donated them as I didn't like the residue they left behind. There's always a learning curve on how to use these, but all of the bleed-through overly bright colors in the wet markers of today can ruin a Holy Bible, so I don't chance it with them anymore. This brand works the best for me.

Good Product
Just tried these out and I really like them. Over the years I have tried most everything. These are not at all like the jel markers which I would not recommend for Bible highlighting. These do not produce sharp lines and you cannot write legibly with them but they are great for coloring in the Bible verses. No bleed thru and has great color.

Great markers
Have used these before! Love that they don't bleed through pages like some markers. Nice that they roll down into the casing to protect the coloring head!

Skip the Negative Reviews for Once
I'm surprised at the lower-star reviews. These are great! I think it comes down to technique. These are not gel highlighters, so you are not going to get a neon-like effect. If you try to muscle into that you're going to wind up with the complaints you find in the poor reviews: broken crayons, sticky pages, and muddy colors. All the colors are usable. (However, the rose and purple ARE fairly close.) Just use a light touch and get used to them. I have used these for years with satisfaction.

They’re more like crayons than a highlighter. They’re ok.

Bible highlighters
They are just what I wanted. I like the pencil ones better than the liquid ones and these are perfect. They don't bleed through and they are light enough that I can read the words I highlighted.

It does it's job!
Wax pencils.... Colours are a little off( Brown looks alot like red and pink looks a lot like purple)They do not bleedeasyu to use, no mess
