Defective design or defective part.
The part finish was great and pre-primed with a ready to paint surface. The welded on connectors were attached 12mm to high which created a 1 inch gap at the panel mating. No way to correct this design flaw and you will not find it until you have painted and ready to install. I tried to communicate with seller but no response. You get what you pay for. I would not use this part. However, the other part from this vendor worked fine.

Could be improved
The fog lamp openings were not large enough for the lights and plastic chrome sleeve that the lights fit into. Had to install fog lights without the sleeve. The slot pattern for the extended guard on the bottom of the bumper did not match so I had to leave that off as well. Lower bumper brackets did not fit either. Other than that, the bumper did fit the vehicle.
