they fit but absorb nothing. well they absorb the dollars from your wallet. PASS!

This product works as promised. It is comfortable, It fits me well, No more having to change all my clothes because I sneezed. Although a little more expensive than some other products, I find it a good value. With other products the top portion often tore when pulling them up. That doesn't happen with these, unless I yank on it with great force.

I would almost rather wear these disposable underwear than my actual underwear with an incontinence pad. It would be nice if they were not quite so thick.
