OUGES Casual Summer Dress for Women Wrap V Neck A Line Midi Dresses with Pockets

I ordered this dress in the spring of 2021, and I'm finally writing a review in winter 2023. It's great for all occasions! I have worn this dress to a wedding, work, casual running around and I always get compliments. I love that it has pockets and isn't too tight. There is a good amount of stretch around the rib cage and the cut is quite flattering. Since I purchased this dress I have gained a bit of weight, but this dress has remained flattering on me. After several washes it does start to pill a little bit, but if it bothers you, a razor will fix it up easily! Once I have the budget for it, I will probably buy three or four more, a combination of solids and patterns. I wasn't a dress person before I bought this, but my impulse purchase over two years ago unlocked a new chapter in my wardrobe. If anybody is looking for a comfy dress that can be dressed up or down look no further! I'm 6'0 with long legs and the dress hits me right above the knee. The fabric isn't too hot for summer, but in the colder months paired with a warm cardigan and maybe leggings it works great as well.

Love this dress for spring and summer. I have 5 of these dresses. They fit perfectly to the measurements provided, are light and comfortable, yet don't show through and are a dream to wash. Highly recommend them, and for us girls who have smaller chests, they can be easily pinned without showing and look great.

I loved the print on this dress but when my husband exclaimed "Oo That's so pretty!" I knew it was a keeper! Comfortable and flattering for sure... runs small so look at the manufacture's size chart. I'm a 2x and probably would have liked a looser fit. Fabric is thin but not see through. Overall a good pick!

Fit: Fits as expected, for the most part. I'm 5'4" and pear shaped, with a long torso. I bought the size indicated by the size chart and it fits. The top is a bit loose on me, but the girls are contained. I think if I were a cup size bigger, it would fit perfectly. Since I'm a bit on the shorter side and have short legs, the skirt hits me below the knee, but not quite to mid-calf. Waist fits nearly perfectly, but with a long torso, the waist also hits me above my natural waist so it's more of an empire waist. Fabric: Like others have said, it's more like a nicer t-shirt material. There's a bit of stretch, which is nice, but not too much. The print looks nice now, but I have concerns about how much it will fade after a few washes. It does not let go of wrinkles easily, but washes well (I washed and line dried when I got it and it still had a few minor wrinkles from the packaging even after washing/drying). Pockets: Yes, please. Love me a dress with pockets. I have a larger phone, and it fits fine inside my pockets. I wouldn't put too much in my pockets because then I'd start to look a little wide across my hips, but the pockets are great for phone, lipstick, keys or as a place to put my hands when standing around awkwardly at a public event. Styling: I gotta say, I don't love the sleeves on this dress. I feel like they are not flattering and make my arms look much more like lunch lady arms than even a sleeveless dress might. However, topping this dress off with a jean jacket is a great look. Overall: I bought this dress for a graduation and ended up not wearing it because it just looked only okay. I will wear it to work, however. It's fine for casual office days (not important meetings). I like it enough to not return it, but am not completely wowed by it.

I imagine taller folks might wear it more tunic-style, but either way, the proportions feel thoughtfully designed. I ordered my usual size and didn’t need to exchange or adjust. What surprised me most was how well it holds up after washing. I’ve machine-washed mine multiple times, and it hasn’t lost its shape or color. No pilling, no fading, no shrinking. Just hang dry and you’re good to go. Color-wise, I went with the blue and white, and it’s absolutely beautiful—rich and versatile for any time of the year. I’m eyeing the black and white floral leaf next because when you find a dress that works this well, you double down. The OUGES Fall Winter Dress isn’t just another seasonal trend—it’s a wardrobe workhorse that looks good, feels better, and fits into my life with minimal effort. I get compliments whenever I wear this dress. I like to add a little matching cami beneath it for work, because I am a bit of a prude ... lol. But it drapes nicely and falls well without a cami for a date night or similar event. It's certainly not risqué, but it IS flattering. And it is VERY comfortable. I did have to return my first one and size up because it fit slightly more snugly than I am personally comfortable with, but overall, fit is true to size and the rouching / waist treatment is VERY forgiving and hides tummy rolls nicely. I still opt for a light cardigan because I am very self-conscious about my weight at the moment. But I feel very put together and presentable in this dress. Also, I love the colors and pattern. 10/10 would buy again.

This dress is so beautiful and such a good value that I bought it 20 times. The value is outstanding. For the price of a Starbucks latte I can wear a fresh brand new one any time I have a meeting and want leave a good impression. It's comfortable enough to wear all the time; I can do everything from working to sleeping in this dress without any discomfort or distraction. I haven't needed to do anything special to care for this item, so for me I'd say it lasts about five laundry cycles before it starts to look worn out. I wish this exact dress could be available at a higher price with more expensive natural materials like cotton. I do like the spandex component, since it allows the dress slip on easily and conform to my body shape without the need for tailoring.

Casual dress but can also look dressy with the right accessories. Fabric feels soft but also sort of like licra, which makes me worry it will shrink once I wash it, we shall see. On the plus side, it's somewhat thick, so not see-through. It's also not knee length. I'm 5'5" and it's a good 2 inches below my knee. Nice Spring dress but the fabric makes me concerned about the breathability in the Summer. I bought a medium, and wear a 36C cup and it feels comfortable around the bust. That is always a plus for me.

Il modello è bello e calza bene, peccato però che il tessuto è 95% Poliestere e non 95% cotone come invece dicevano le indicazioni sul sito. Lo avevo preso perchè cercavo un abito leggero fresco e traspirante, il poliestere non è decisamente quello che cercavo! Il Venditore deve modificare la descrizione perchè ingannevole.

Schönes Freizeitkleid: sehr gut verarbeitet, super bequem und auch praktisch durch die Taschen! Sieht sehr hübsch aus und ist für jeden Freizeit-Event bestens geeignet. Den Preis absolut wert. Die Maßangaben sind auch korrekt. Bei einer Größe von 1,64 m schwanke ich zwischen M und L. Größe M hat wunderbar gepasst. Das Material (etwas stärkerer T-Shirt-Stoff) ist pflegeleicht, bleicht nicht aus und hängt sich nach dem Waschen knitterfrei aus. Ich kann das Kleid nur empfehlen!

Lovely style and colour to flatter a mummy tummy. Shorter gal appreciates the 'v' neck too. Comes just past the knee on my 5'2 frame. Perfect x
