Probably good for their intended purpose
These are nice and bright, but having bought them to build a photographic ring light, the colour temperature was quite unpredictable.I found that by the time I'd bought these and a battery box to power them, I could have bought a proper ring light for less – DIY isn't *always* best!

Really bad description and abominable pictures
I am down-rating this because the description is next to useless. So are the pictures - you cannot see exactly what the item is because of the glare from the light on them.1. The LED has to be fitted INSIDE a headlight - this is not an external installation fixture.2. The ballast ALSO needs to find a safe place inside the headlight housing - it has no water ingress protection.Brightness is OK, but otherwise it is next to useless unless you have a headlight where you can "press it" in place or glue it so it sits where it needs to be. So for the time being it is joining the set of other similar DRL bits I have which I use for Xmas and Halloween decorations. It will make for nice owl eyes next Halloween. It is definitely not going on the car.
