it arrived in a non-edible way.
when the bar arrived in a tin foil envelope with bubbles inside, it was smaller than I had thought it would be. It was also not edible because it was completed broken , little pieces everywhere. I tried calling British Delights in Westford MA, but left several voice mails. Then the messages said voice mail not working. I want a new bar or a complete refund. I have a photo of this bar but have to send it from a cell phone as I do not know how to put it in this email.I will be getting in touch with Amazon from where I purchased this.

Always a favorite but
I absolutely adore this chocolate, both the brand and the flavor! The rich, creamy taste really stands out and keeps me coming back for more. However, I did have to take away one star due to the inadequate packaging. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the chocolate had melted significantly during transit. It was so melted that it resembled more of a liquid, making it possible to sip rather than enjoy as solid chocolate. Despite this hiccup, the flavor is still fantastic, and I hope for better packaging in the future!

OMG, one of the best chocolate bars I've ever tasted. As good as Swiss chocolate, like Lindt, in my opinion. I like the plain chocolate, but I love the one with hazelnuts.

Same British chocolate but..
I was thrilled to find these, the ones from UK, available for the US market. However, the ones I received were expiring in 3 months and 2 of the bars gave a different texture already. I still ate them though and did not die 😂

As the bars were only 120gm I thought the price of £5.87 was for several bars as they are £1.20 in the shop.
