Monster High Ghouls Rule Clawdeen Wolf Doll

I was so excited to get this gorgeous ghoul in the mail. She is one of my favorites behind Rochelle Goyle. She is so fierce and everything I expected her to be. Her make-up is beautiful and I love the details. The creaters of "Monster High" never fail on the details. I love her little jumpsuit, but if you are wanting to change her outfit, you may have to detach her hands because her jumpsuit is a little snug. Also, the fur and gold cuffs come off on her legs. Her breast-plate and her belt is also detachable. The fur on the sleaves is not removable, it is sewn on. Her curls are not as full as they are in the promo shots or the "Ghouls Rule" movie and they may need a restyling but they are still decent looking.As far as durability goes, I'm an adult collector and photographer of these dolls so I may pose them in different positions for different shots and her body parts are pretty sturdy, no lose joints on mine. She's an overall great doll for any collector and for children old enough to play with them. Or any Clawdeen fan :)

As much as I wanted to resist the Monster High insanity I live with a first grader... and you get the picture. I gotta say, these dolls are pretty stinking cute. I think they're better than Barbie and more fun than skanky(?). Don't get me wrong, I was raised on Barbie and turned out okay, but I would have totally loved MH as a kid.

I love how the doll looks she's so gorgeous 😍💖. Definitely worth the money.I have waited to get this doll for 6 years and I finally got her.

I will start this review by admitting that Clawdeen Wolf is not my favorite doll. I truly respect that she represents a subset of the female population, and that group may not choose to look girly or wear dresses. But, the Clawdeen series' have yet to really appeal to me personally. I got this doll because I like the Ghouls Rule series. Ghouls Rule is the most detailed of the dolls in terms of clothing details, make up, and general aesthetics. I really like that there are subtle and less subtle nods to the origins of the monsters in lore and Hollywood. I had gotten all of the other dolls, so I decided to finish out the series. As much as there are some details within this doll that I really like, I have to admit that I just don't get it. I don't understand her clothing choice at all. She is wearing a purple jumpsuit with a design that looks like scales. The jumpsuit has green spots like leopard spots as well as winding lines of gold dots (both of which are also in her makeup). She has thick, black fur accents over the majority of her sleeves and the bottom quarter of her pant legs. Obviously, the black fur is a nod to her being a werewolf. Her color sceme is purple/lavender and lime green. I actually like these colors, and even though the combo is somewhat outrageous, I kind of like it. All of her accents are gold. She is wearing a gold chest piece. I'm really not sure what to call it. It is an interesting piece that is crafted to look like straps and buckles. I don't know if the old werewolf depictions included mad houses, but if so, this might be a much more fashionable nod to that. It is detailed, but the best way I can describe it is if someone was attaching mechanical wings without the wings; it wraps around her upper chest and back and finishes like a necklace. She also has gold rings above where the fur starts on her pant legs. Her shoes are interesting; they are solid gold but the molding continues the buckle and studs motif. They are high heels and, like everyone else in the series, platforms. However, it's hard to see them because of the immense amount of black fur covering her legs. She has a belt that is solid gold and molded to look like one strap of leather with studs, but this is also hard to see around all of the fur on her arms. Over her hands she has green, fingerless glove. The gloves are painted on. The details of this outfit are cute or interesting, but on the whole, I just don't understand what the outfit represents. Did someone just decide what Halloween was missing was a jumpsuit?I will say that I REALLY like her makeup and hair. Clawdeen's hair is purple. I know this isn't traditional, but I actually really like it. It is braided on the top so that you can see her shaved accents on the side of her head. The sides of her head, as I said, are shaved short and have black leopard print spots. The shaved area is actually fuzzy, not just painted on. It's a very neat detail. Not really related to werewolves, but a nice little touch. Because her hair is braided on top to pull it away from the sides, her hair doesn't really puff up over her head normally or like the picture. You also have to brush and fluff it a lot once you get the doll out of the box. But don't worry, there's a lot of hair and she will look pretty normal after a few brushings. Still, from the back, near the top, there are some bald spots that are proving hard to cover due to the braids. She has two clear, green plastic hoops in each ear that are molded to continue the studs motif. Her makeup is, in my opinion, the best part of the doll. She has purple lipstick. Her eyeshadow is a mix of purple and green, subtly swirled together. One eye is just the color. The other eye has more green on the bottom and then a ring of grey/purple around the whole thing and black animal spots in that outer ring. With her eyelashes, it kind of gives a peacock effect, although it's really just carrying on the leopard print motif. She has a thick line of gold sparkles that start at the top of the spotted eye and swirls to the bottom of the other eye.Accessories she comes with include her mask, a candy coffin, and her obligatory trick or treat pail. Her mask is actually really cool. It covers above her eyes and goes down her nose. When held in place, it looks like purple and black fur over her eyes and a wolf nose over her nose. It has two gold chains that go over the forehead with moons on both sides. The stick of the mask looks like three chains attached to three moons. It references a gypsy heritage and full moons, and it is lovely. I really like this mask, and I like the nod to werewolf lore. I wish more of the outfit did this or at least that I understood the reference. I'm not a huge accessory person; that's not a detail that is really important to me. The accessory she brings to the party is a coffin. When it is closed, it looks like it is oozing something bright green. When you open it, it is a solid, bright green plastic piece molded to look like various candies. It is actually one of the better accessories in the Ghouls Rule series.I don't know what else to say regarding this doll. Her makeup and hair are really cool. There is a lot of detail that went into her outfit, which is what I love about the Ghouls Rule series. I just don't get the choices. I don't understand the outfit and I feel that she is missing out of the mythology references that the other dolls do so well. Overall, she's not my favorite, but if you like Clawdeen dolls, she is pretty cool variation in the series.

Hey, I think the product is great but I think the factory needs to get rid of the frizziness of the hair before they ship it out Cute doll though. The hair brush came black instead, not blue. Her makeup was a little bit fjkdjfkdjakj fkdjf;adkfj;kdjf because the golden eyebrow makeup was a little smudged at the tip. I don't mean to give a mean review, but it really came that way. I had to boil wash the hair several times before curling and re-styling it. I was pretty hard. I would rate this a three on this because her dress came really sticky because of the fur on her clothes. Once, I wanted to wash her hair but it was really hard to take her clothes off because she had WAYYYYYYYYY too much stuff on her clothes. After, I tried to put her clothes back on and it was a big challenge. The second is just the messiness of the hair. But overall, I think that she is a great doll and she is added nicely to my monster high play / collecting box. Thank you very much.

I used this on my granddaughter's 10th birthday cake & it was a really big hit with all the kids at the party. It comes with a nice sturdy stand as well. I would definitely recommend this well constructed, vivid fashion doll.

Love monster high. The doll came early. The only problem was wher it came the box was a bit squished but other that that to toy was in good quality 🕵🚶🏽😀

Una forse delle migliori della serie "Halloween" questa Clawdeen si presenta più elegante che mai.. il suo costume in morbido pelo e trucco brillante in volto, fanno di questa bambola una meraviglia. Capelli vaporosi viola, mascherina, accessori, c'è tutto, e tutto è creato al meglio. Straconsigliata

Très belle poupée pour les petites passionnées de MH bien sûr ! Très jolie tenue, la couleur des cheveux très jolie aussi ( cheveux très longs qu'il vaut mieux éviter de coiffer).Ma fille est très contente et comme pour toutes les MH elle sait qu'il faut les manipuler avec précaution car les articulations sont fragiles !Moi même avec mes 37 ans je suis fan...Allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.Livraison du colis excellente et bien dans les temps.
