Convenient, portable and safe alternatives to traditional hand warmers.
Looses a star because I've seen 2 of these stop working afetr a few uses. One of mine and one of my friends. That being said both of our replacements have been working ever since and because of the convenience of not having to carry the poisonous lighter fluid the traditional catalytic burners zippo make I plan on buying more in the future.They work as advertised and seem to be smart in the sense that they maintain the temp so I don't get burned. They last a good few hours between charges but this varies depending on the ambient temp outside as they power on and off presumably by using a thermostatic sensor inside.I use mine on the lowest setting and it gets more then hot enough for me. They take around 1-2 mins to reach temp. I recommend keeping it in your pocket or holding it in your hand to lessen the process.I haven't used the power bank feature but I'm sure itd be useful in an emergency situation when camping or such.Amazon have been brilliant at replacements plus they carry a 2 year warranty to boot. I don't see any reason to use my fuel based ones, I keep them as backup now.

the zippo only holds its charge and also its heat for about 2 hours.
i was disappointed that the item did not last for a round of golf, about 3 hours. i tried fully charging the item twice but on each occasion the hand warmer stopped working after about 2 hours so not really fit for my purpose.
