Certified to NSF/ANSI 61-8? NO its illegal to install this in a potable water system why because it isn't really lead free.
Certified to NSF/ANSI 61-8 only applies to the two valves not the third valve included in the kit and which is installed right in the flow path out of the potable hot water heater.The manufacturer confirmed this little detail and claims that you can always find it in their distributor list which is not publicly accessible.Just use a 3M instant lead check on your pressure relief valve it will react deep bright red instantly.
