I can swallow this one
I needed a Calcium capsule that was easier to swallow and this one works

No problems for me with this calcium.
My bone scan shows thinning of my bones, so my doctor said take calcium. This one is taken as 4 capsules per day, so I can spread them out over the course of my day. They do not upset my stomach or acid reflux.

Broken capsules
