Is the bag water proof?

Not really, more like water resistant. If left in the rain or puddle, water will soak through.

Dose the Kit come with Nasopharyngeal airways?

No there are no NP airways in this kit.

Is there enough extra room in this bag for a BP cuff & stethoscope?

Yes. I use the bag as part of my pack in Search and Rescue, and it had enough room to add a pulse oximeter, BP cuff, and stethoscope, along with a more rigid CPR mask and a basic survival kit (I repurposed one of the side pockets and organized the med kit in the main pocket and opposite side pocket). It is a great bag and holds up well, even when frequently switched between packs and vehicles. There is plenty of room to build on the basic kit it comes with.
