Good quality for a good price
A lot cheaper than getting it from my doctor's office. Good quality. Will definitely buy again.

So glad I finally found the correct ortho for my specific needs.
The only reason I'm giving the product itself four stars is because the seller was not very helpful in helping me determine what size shoe I should get. Now that I have one and have used it for a while I can better understand why they weren't that helpful, but since their return policy isn't too great I would have appreciated more input, but thank goodness I did get the correct size so it worked out okay. Now for the review of the orthotic. I do like it very much. The biggest issue I had initially was with what size I should get as I had foot surgery that affected more the front part of my foot rather than the back part so I wanted to be sure I got a shoe that would help to protect that area in case I should run into anything which is what I have done a few times, mostly because of the length of the first protective shoes I had, but still, just in case I did want something longer than what I usually wear so that I wouldn't do anything that would hurt an already tender area. Anyway, I did look at the sizing chart that was provided and if I didn't need something that had extra room in the toe area I would have bought an XSmall, but since I did need the extra room I ended up getting a Small and that is perfect for me and my particular needs. I normally wear a size 7 in sneakers so I went with that number. The orthotic is almost an inch longer than my big toe. I guess I could have gone with a medium, but so far this has worked out great for me. I think any longer and I might be hitting things all the time. I do also like the way the bottom of the shoe has been cut out, if you will, as that is where I am trying not to put any pressure while I heal since my surgery was in the midfoot area and my toes are still pretty tender. The other issue would be the way you need to walk on this shoe as I saw that some people did not like it. Now to me that has to be for two reasons. One, the wrong size was purchased and two, you are trying to walk on it as if there was no part of the bottom of the shoe that is gone. You need to walk on this shoe much slower, which is also good since you are tying to heal and be sure you don't tighten your toes, for me anyway, as they cramped up on me for the first two or three days as I was walking too fast and tightening my toes for some reason, probably because I was afraid I might hit them, I guess, but once I slowed down and relaxed my toes, I no longer have any issues and it has really helped me not to hurt like I was before. I just wish I had found this shoe a couple months earlier. I think it would have helped speed up my recovery time since I would have put way less pressure on that particular part of my foot.

Sizing Inaccurate, Runs Small
Boot runs much smaller than advertised -- I am a US Women's 8/8.5 , and my toes are peeking over the edge (would not buy unless under a Women's size 7).Consequently, this renders the shoe useless if you have a broken toe, because the first thing to come into contact with any stray object will be your toe, further displacing the fracture.
