The movers brought in mold spores with the boxes and furniture I left in a "climate-controlled" facility that falsely advertised "climate control". It wasn't. There was no dehumidification system there. So my fine furniture, clothes and belongings all arrived loaded with mold spores, black mold to be exact as well as penicillium ascomycetous fungi. So basically, mold and mildew arrived at my new apartment which was freshly painted with newly installed carpeting. The movers created a complete nightmare that would last 2 years before I woke up to the fact that I was terribly poisoned. I studied remediation and had a professional remediator come TWICE. Then used an ozone generator; rented a 500 CFM industrial Air Scrubber from Home Depot; had a professional shampoo company come to clean the upholstery; had a different professional shampoo company do the carpeting TWICE; rented a Bissell Shampoo cleaner myself to clean the carpeting; bleached, cleaned and washed everything on an ongoing basis; also included vinegar but still ended up throwing out most of my furniture and belongings. Then I began the process of purchasing anti-mold sprays along with the use of 3 different air machines (one having UV, two having ionizing capabilities, etc.). I purchased endless true HEPA and black activated carbon filters, which was costly, but it had to be done. I am now an expert on mold remediation sprays and those which contain and kill mold spores and mildew. Concrobium does not work, just so you know. Ace Hardware recommended it and it totally doesn't do a thing. RMR-141 Mold Killer doesn't work very well either. It has very little affect. Lemoncide (purchased on Amazon) did not work so I returned it. Melaleuca Tea Tree Oil was preventative but the manufacturers were surprised to learn it did not work to kill black mold. So they took it back and were very nice about it. Btw, there are a LOT of sellers out there who advertise mold killing products but almost none do. This one was the only remediation product which successfully killed the mold and mold spores, plus the mildew in my apartment. Had I not found this, I would have had to replace the entire carpeting in my complex. So read these reviews, because in all honestly, people know! Had this Sporicidin Disinfectant not worked, I would have had one more trick up my sleeve, given to me by a professional remediator. It's called "Shock Wave". However, this product is not offensive in odor, smells like the library paste we used as kids to make pictures and cut-outs in grade school. I spray the carpeting extensively, and then seal off the room for around 24 hours. The next day there is no mold odor whatsoever. I simply vacuum the carpeting after a day to absorb any dead spores left over. Make sure your vacuum has a HEPA filter. So that's it! Don't waste your money on dozens of products. This one truly works, and it's very, very powerful. You don't want to be around it after spraying so be sure to be away from the fumes for at least 24 hours if not longer. I open windows to ventilate but avoid using overhead ceiling fans. They will simply blow the mold and its spores all over your environment. Just spray and set. Good luck!

After being away from home for four months, I came back to a garage and several rooms covered in mold…and I mean covered. Tried bleach, tried vinegar, and got some of it cleaned up. I thought I had gotten it all, but kept having what I thought were just summertime allergies every time I woke up in the morning. I smelled mold coming from my bedroom air ducts. Bought a ULV sprayer (the one that looks like a silver bullet) and used it in my HVAC in fan only mode. I walked around and noticed fog coming up through all of the vents in the house, so I know it was reaching the inside of the duct work. Allergies are gone now. It does smell, but it goes away after a few days if you leave your windows open. I also walked around my garage and all my rooms with the fogger and fogged everything down. I plan on doing the same treatment e twice a year as a preventative measure. I wish I would have used this product and technique from the beginning.

I ordered this because of a mice infestation in my Mustang stored in my shop over the winter. Needless to say it was a mess. I was concerned about cleaning it up because of possible Hantavirus. Everything I read said to use bleach for cleanup of mice droppings but obviously bleach was not an option to clean carpet or upholstery. I decided on this product based on all the information I could find on it. I was not disappointed. I first sprayed the entire area & waited about 1/2 hour. Then I used the solution full strength in my portable steam cleaner. It did an amazing job. I was extremely impressed with how well it worked as a carpet & upholstery cleaner. There was a small black stain in the carpet (don't know what it was; grease??). This product removed it completely. My car looked cleaner than before the mice infestation. I don't know if the mice droppings were contagious with Hantavirus or not but I did not catch it! I cannot recommend this product more highly as a disinfectant & cleaner. Also as a bonus, it had a very nice smell.

Works great very strong chemical smell. Follow instructions it will give you a headache if exposed to long without a mask. Packaged well during shipping arrived intact.

Post mold remediation efforts included washing walls, sills, baseboards, even the closet sliding door tracks. This stuff is amazing. Directions say to wipe down the area and it should be 'very wet for at least 10 minutes.' Did this and it left a clean smell that was not "chemical" by nature. It was quite strong at first, but dissipated over a few days. The product works well. Recommended.
