To help you decide if this product is suitable for your needs, I tried warming this wax with 4 different methods and here's my results:- microwave - NO!- hot water cup - NO!- wax melter - YES!- boiling water bath - YES!So I put a few pellets into a silicone cup and put it in the microwave for several minutes, but it did not melt.Then I put that silicone cup in a bowl of recently boiled water and warted for it to heat up and melt, but that didn't work either.I put the pellets into a professional wax warmer and they did melt pretty quickly. (That's what the manufacturer recommends, but I know not everyone has one of these at home)Lastly I put a few wax pellets into a small metal bowl and put this bowl into a pan of hot water and heated it up on the stove. Once the water was boiling, I turned it down to a medium simmer and the wax melted within a couple minutes.So this is the method I recommend for those who don't have a wax warmer at home.Now, the wax itself. It does an alright job for the face. (Chin, upper lip, eyebrows) It doesn't always get all the hairs, so you have to go over some parts multiple times maybe, but in general it gets a good amount and if there's a few strays at the end, you just gotta tweeze them.
