Not the best DVD about Home Defense. Only Howe fans will appreciate this.
This is for the die hard Howe fans otherwise do not bother with this DVD. I like Howe thus I like the video. However the first 1/2hr is taken from his previous vid "Active Shooter". The majority of the DVD is a lecture/visual. Its a lot of common sense we already know but Howe offers some of his insight on what he does for home security. I know a lot of what he says is sorta convoluted and may raise some eyebrows of confusion but its good material. I just wish there was more live fire drills. He uses a lot of "military jargon" which is signature to Howe but some of my buddies at the range who watched this with me to kill time did not like it at all. Said "what is he talking about?" So people seemed to be confused as to what he was trying to explain. I believe most people can skip this DVD. I think most would be disappointed with this DVD except for the Howe fans that want to see him and listen to him. He does a little live fire towards the end of the video but its just about barriers and some talk about "snake shot" out of a j-frame which to me is an odd tactic. Hopefully the vehicle defense DVD is better. But again being a fan of Howe I enjoy anything he is in.

Straight forward, no fluff.
Video was informative but was a bit “slower” than I expected. If you’re expecting a “wiz-bang” type of video, this isn’t it. The information provided is solid, though. Good purchase.

The Best -
I own several Paul Howe Panteao instructional video's - as usual this one delivers. This is a no BS –easy to understand instructional outline on how to approach home defense and the ideas behind each method that is covered. In addition, the portions of the dvd that related to gear, medical and ballistics were and unexpected bonus for such invaluable information- Thank you again Paul Howe and Panteao for putting out such excellent content.
