Slow but may be effective
It does sweat you a lot at the stomach. However, I think we have to be mindful in our food habits and use this. It will not help much to hide your tummy if that is the purpose you are buying for. I realise, it sweats me a lot and with right amount of diet (nourishing food) I am getting to shape. It is helpful whatever.....

Size is not accurate
Size is not accurate, i bought it for someone else, before she try it return/replace time was over, i chose 30-32 size but 28-30 waist also not fit in it, its very tight, no use for me now, its waste now
