DOESN'T WORK--DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I got scammed. I have been bothered by the sticky soft-touch on my Quattroporte's buttons, screen surround, and inside door panel details. It's been getting worse.I saw Morse Industries' write-up, but should have looked for a money-back guarantee before ordering. For my $89.95 plus $11.35 shipping, I got a 2-ounce dispenser bottle and two microfiber cloths. I'm immediately suspicious upon trying it because it has NO SMELL. Seems to be some soap and water concoction. How can this possibly cut through uncured polyurethane? (Soft touch paint is a catalyzing urethane).Read the instructions carefully and followed them TO THE LETTER. Tried and tried, spent over 20 minutes with ZERO EFFECT.Glanced down at my console, where rests my bottle of premium hand sanitizer: 60% ethyl alcohol.Hmmm...Squirted some of the sanitizer onto the microfiber cloth, wrapped it around my finger tip, and commenced to rubbing in a circular motion previously unknown, but destined to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology....Slowly but surely, the sticky coating came off, and my buttons and the screen surround are pristine and look like new.Did these clowns refund my money when I politely asked? HA! A nearly-$100 lesson.Use hand sanitizer! Cheap, cheerful, and 100% effective. Don't waste your money on this keerap.

Not easy or quick!
This stuff doesn't work. The "kit" was a four oz clear pump bottle and four 12 in x 12in microfiber towels from Walmart.I spent two hours on a small panel 2"x6" with four buttons and after 12 applications it still has sticky residue. It is neither quick or easy! The worst part was no instructions on how to apply or remove the product,I tried multiple ways. I contacted the seller and he claimed I was pissed because I spent ninety dollars on something so easy and his detailer just did a car in two hours! I got Amazon involved and he refunded my money. I really did want this stuff to work.

This product does nothing. Arrived in a hand soap bottle in a ziplock bag with a couple Walmart towels. Waste of $90

Use Goo Gone and some microfiber towels and save yourself ...
Use Goo Gone and some microfiber towels and save yourself some money. $10 and some elbow grease [but go slow and easy] and you will get your switches done.
