The package was taped shut with clear packaging tape on the slides of the market case plastic. In addition, the markers appeared to be taken out and moved around so they weren't in the rainbow order they come in when new. Also, the markers had stains on the handles making them appear used. WORST of all, I was missing the blender pen (why I bought this package set in the first place). Very disappointed that it looks used and is missing an entire marker!!
