Can someome provide detailed instructions how to sharpen?

The other reply about sharpening is correct but likely overly complicated for most. I received my 10-inch straight blade draw knife and noticed the blade was not as sharp as I wanted NOT dull as a butter knife- but I wanted sharp. I clamped it in my vice - but could have hand held it - and used my $3 HFT ceramic knife sharpener - the one handed kind with a loop handle used for kitchen knives. After 4-5 strokes it was nicely sharp. And can be re-sharpened in that manner while in use if necessary. Very easy, no power tools required, and cheap.

Does this not dull fast only being hardened to HRC 30 according to the description?

I have not had a problem with mine. I sharpen as I go along. The tool may dull faster while using it on harder woods.

Yes, you can unscrew the nuts and take out its wooden handle for replacement.
