MGI SpeedWare 5/16" Feed-Thru Stud Junction Block Power Post for 12V 24V Automotive and Marine Battery Accessories Connections (Red)

Part of my travel trailer solar install project was to add three 100Ah Lithium iron phosphate batteries. As these batteries are pretty valuable and benefit from some temperature regulation, I decided to bring them inboard, with two going in my front pass through, and the other going in the under bed compartment separated from the pass through by a plywood bulkhead. My battery cables are heavy 2-0 copper running to a 2000w inverter. I used two of these pass through terminals to connect the single battery with the other two through the bulkhead in a parallel arrangement. It worked out great!

Found myself in a pinch late on a Friday afternoon and my normal wholesale order wasn't due for almost a week. Jumped on Amazon and found this item. While priced close to 4 times what I normally pay, this arrived within 16 hours of being ordered and was even supplied with mounting hardware! Item description contains an accurate drawing for your passthrough and mounting holes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs one!Thanks again

Used as a junction for my handicap van gate and lift

It's a steel threaded rod with steel nuts and washer. Not a solid copper core and studs. Will melt under high amps and will most likely set fire and kill or cause serious injuries. See picture of what they sold me, magnet is hanging off the steel rod.Amazon took down my previous 3 reviews under the pretext they were not meeting their criteria. This is the fourth time I'm trying to review this item that I bought from MGI trough Amazon and warming customers who are looking at purchasing this item due to the high level of safety hazard such an item can cause of not manufactured properly.
