I needed to cut it as my door was smaller but I had already known it had to be cut. Very easy to trim. Works great, definitely helps with the air.

Average quality at a good price. Will meet hacksaw scissors, and drill to install.

I installed this on a 30 inch wide door, so I had to cut it to size. It was a simple matter to measure three inches in on both ends, mark it, and cut it with a hack saw. The rubber part cuts easily with sharp scissors or a utility knife. It was easy to mark the holes, drill some pilot holes, and screw this to the door. It 's keeping the draft out, and it coordinates with the rest of my brass door hardware.For a 30 inch door this works great, because the holes at each end are located so that they're still about 1.5 inches from the ends after I cut each end. But if I were using it for a 36 inch door then the ends would extend about 4.5 inches from the screws, so it might be enough that they wouldn't stay perfectly flush with the door and could get snagged on something. Maybe in that situation I would drill another hole closer to each end and buy a couple more screws for them.The only reason that I didn't give this five stars is that it came with a small scratch and dent above one of the screw holes. This appeared to be something that happened during manufacturing, so I don't think the quality control is the greatest. It's a small defect, hardly noticeable once it was installed, and I'm sure that little imperfection will just blend in with others that come as a result of normal wear and tear.

Lived this door guard. My door is dark brown with gold viens in the center and the gold & black gives the door a rich and beautiful look.

Very easy to install and durable except on my wood stores. They rubber doesn't seem to alide well and seal. Its stays folded up.

to make the item fit snug especially on the ends it needs 6 screws not 4!
