Geo Sports Bottle

I have a lot of water bottles for hiking, climbing, etc. Usually these types of bottles (the overpriced plastic kind) can take a real beating. This one? Not so much.Unloading some stuff from a recent trip and had the bottle sitting on my front porch (about two steps). One of the dogs knocked it over, and it SPLIT right through the bottom. Like, unbelievably fragile. This isn't a huge drop or a violent impact, just a drop down a couple of stairs.I'd have better luck with a crap gallon plastic jug from 7-11.

Used it for the gym daily. Claims to be dishwasher safe. Bottle is extremely durable but cap is terribly designed and came apart just after a month and a a few days ( right after my exchange/return date passed). The construction If the cap itself is a plastic inner that is threaded and screws onto the bottle. After a few washes in the dishwasher, the cap itself wrapped a few millimeters and was no longer able to properly screw obti the bottle.The cover of the cap is a flimsy aluminum cover that is held onto to the inner cap by some very weak indentations (grooves) in the material. With any pressure of twisting the cap onto the bottle, the aluminum cover simply spins around the outside of the plastic threaded cap which it covers and the bottle can’t be sealed anymore. Also the bottle cap (threaded plastic piece) has an inner rubber ring that is inserted insided to seal against the bottle and prevent any leakage. If that rubber ring (which comes out of out its designated slot) isn’t 100% in place, then the bottle will leak subtly.Overall an extremely terrible design on the cap itself. Bottle was fire and durable. I tried to go online to no avail and simply buy a new cap that would have saved my purchase.Would not recommend this product.

Worked great!.. For 5 days.. Bottle never saw outside abuse, only sat on my desk through the day. Bottom of the bottle split and leaked about 3/4 gallon of water mixed with my BCAA's. Ruined alot of paper work and caused a massive, sticky mess to clean up. If you purchase, just keep on the floor to avoid the same frustration I experienced.Side note: it had never been ran through a dish washer.

Broke 1 and a half months after my son bought it. Apparently their “lifetime guarantee” only lasts and month. One week after he received it, there was a crack in the plastic. Somehow it was not leaking, so he kept using it. A few weeks later, the crack grew and split, creating a large hole in the plastic. The quality of this water bottle is poor, and I would not recommend purchasing this item. My son tried to return the water bottle the day it broke but found out it had been over a month and their lifetime guarantee no longer applied.

Would love to make this 5 stars. The only problem I have is the water leaks out of the top while carrying it. Leaves a mess everywhere I go. I am trying to find a way to seal the inside better. The bottle has a life time warranty so thats good. Hopefully this is something I can fix because the otherwise construction of the bottle is great.

I'm impressed by the material and how easy it is to wash, but that's about all I like.I was excited for this product, but after a few days of use I noticed that the top would leak if the container was shaken or flipped at all. This I found is due to the seal in the top being very loose and in some cases, will pop out while screwing it down and drop into my drink.

The only thing was I left it in the car and it was a very hot day and the bottle expanded. I think this applies to every bottle. I also didn't like the fact that the handle isn't a separate thing. There's no brush that fits inside that narrow space.

I absolutely love it! The opening top is big enough to pour ice inside and it has a cool metal top. The black string is annoying cause it gets in the way of closing at times but its better to have it in case you ever lost the top on accident. I even dropped the gallon full of water, and I freaked out cause I thought it was going to break or rip but nope! Pretty sturdy! Highly recommended for anyone looking to live a healthy lifestyle of drinking a gallon of water every day.
