Arrived with rust and dirt on the product and the metal has sharp edges and in my opinion appears to be constructed from salvaged metal (aka trash). I could not use these on my djembe because I respect my musical instruments. I bought these because they are handmade and support people in Africa but these are unacceptable. I bought a percussion shaker from this company and it was very nice but I cannot recommend this item.

I don’t know if ksink Ksinks are made for Just rope Tuned drum head djembes or not, but I rapped the bottoms of them in some foam and covered them in tape and used two elastic belts to hold them on to the djembes body. It’s a beautiful drum

We have monthly drum circles on the beach and the Ksink Ksink’s fit on our Djembe’s and makes a nice chime when drumming. They are easy to install.

These things sound awesome! The build of the 3 is a bit inconsistent among the 3 of them, hence the 3 stars. But they all sound good

How exciting to find this product in Amazon, and I’m very proud to add these to my percussion collection! I need to find a large rubber ‘band’ for my djembe, so these will stay in place. Awesome conversation pieces:)

This product was excellent and I use it for my Djembe I will be buying more

Mine skink are bended and one of the handles fell off, also did not receive a strap to hold them in place. :(
