I bought this in need of a small and formable seat cushion for a road trip I was planning. My car is equipped with racing seats and they are not ideal for road trips at all. They're intended to be stiff and snug for track purposes. Because of this, I could not use a standard seat cushion made for regular car seats.This gel cushion formed perfectly to my seats without making me feel any type of discomfort. It was still slightly too large for the bucket seat, but the cushion's flexibility allowed me to form it to shape. It even raised me up higher to give me better visibility, since my bucket seats are very low.I put this thing to the test and drove from San Diego, CA to Houston, TX. A trip of almost 1,500 miles across two days. I can say that this definitely provided the comfort that I needed even after 10+ hours of driving each day. Coupling this cushion with a few good stretches during pit stops, it made the trip far more bearable than doing it without any type of additional seating support.I would highly recommend this to anyone who has to sit for a prolonged period of time especially if you have seats that don't allow for standard, bulky cushions.

This cushion does what I had hoped -- it makes a plain wooden chair comfortable for me to sit on. Some other reviewers have said that they tend to "hit bottom" after sitting on it for a while, but I have not had this happen. I weigh around 125 pounds, received the cushion just a few days ago, and so far have used it for about an hour at a time.I should point out that I may not have received an actual Suptempo cushion. The dimensions are similar to those advertised, and it came in a black cover as stated, but the cushion inside the cover is plain blue; it does NOT have either the black band shown or the SUPTEMPO label.Other than that, my main concern is the cover. The zipper works very smoothly and the rubbery black dots on the bottom side keep it from sliding around on the chair, but the fabric is very thin, so I wouldn't be surprised if it needed replacement relatively soon, thus the missing star.UPDATE 8 Jan 2022: I've had this cushion for almost 8 months now, and have used it for an hour or two per day on average. The cushion is still comfortable, and the cover's fabric and zipper are holding up fine so far. However, the rubbery black dots on the bottom have lost their anti-slide power, so that after sitting for a while, resting against the back of the chair, I'd find my backside several inches in front of where it had started, with my posture suffering accordingly.Fortunately this was easy to fix. I cut an appropriately sized piece from an Epica Super-Grip Non-Slip Area Rug Pad (also purchased here; I recommend it highly) and put it under the cushion. No more sliding!

My over 70 sister spends many hours on the Internet and suffers back pain, and sore hot butt. She uses a regular cushion to try and help her discomfort. When I would visit she used the same cushion to sit on while we talked. When she would get up her back would hurt and her butt was sore. I search for 2 days to pick out the perfect replacement for that cushion. Memory foam gets hard after awhile. Others are the same design as 20 yrs ago. I finally picked this one. It reminded me of the mattress they call Purple and I loved the concept. And it was different! My sister is very picky so I was worried. She used it the next day after Christmas... She called me after 2 hours and thanked me over and over for such a great cushion. She says her back no longer hurts, her butt isnt sore after sitting for hours and it stays cool from being vented! I finally got her something she loves!!! And it happens to be a butt cushion! :) Just got another email from her saying how much she loves that cushion (its been 2 months) which inspired me to write this review! You wont regret buying this one!

I bought this for a computer chair. It is smaller than I anticipated and does not cover the entire surface of the seat, just where you will sit, so you have to be careful where you position it. It advertises being thick, but I found it not so much so I guess that's relative. It was pretty cheap so I guess I got what I paid for, there is certainly not a bargain here though.

I've used it for over a week now. I end up spending more time sitting now and needed something to help in my old age. I'm about 225lbs, and the place I sit the most is hard on my backside. At first I was a little disappointed that it wasn't more soft and cushioning, but after using it everyday it keeps my backside in good shape. It's comfortable, I can move it anywhere I need it, and it's not too thick.I looked for a long time for something to help and this is it. It's not like sitting on a pillow, it keeps my back from getting tired and causing numbness in my feet. I probably would get a wider one next time.

Thus is a great seat cushion, I use it at sport stadiums (aluminum bench seating). I weigh 220 lbs and it held up very well, providing the comfort all other gel and foam sears did not. It is constructed with little soft squares, providing the cushion and air flow. The cover (removable) has a soft side and a bottom side for better non slip grip, also cones with a hand carry strap. It is a little heavier than the cheap ones, but well worth it. I've only used it about a dozen times, but have not seen and deterioration in comfort or design.
