Spa Filter Cleaner Tool: Filter Comb for Hot Tub Filter Cleaning - Made In USA - No Leaks

Thank goodness a pool guy told me about this. I keep a spare of pool filters so the guys can quickly switch them out. Then I clean the dirty ones. OMG! The time this saves is huge. Hosing & hosing & dipping 4 filters over & over is over. Works great!

Good for initial cleaning. I follow up with a single nozzle at higher pressure. Definitely a time saver.

This tool really works well to remove debris deep inside the filter pleats. Also is not as messy vs. using a standard hose noddles. I own a pool service business and the Aquacomb saves me time and does a great job cleaning the filter cartridges. The plastic needs to be handled with care as it appears the tool can break easily if not cared for properly. The comb does have some flexibility while you clean the carts.

This product works as advertised and seems to be made well. The only issue I have is that the tines are very sharp and easily rip the filter if you aren't careful.

As difficult and time consuming as it is to clean a pleated spa filter properly, this tool is truly amazing! It easily separates the pleats so that the strong jet of water can flush out each crevasse flushing out bugs and debris. You need to comb multiple times as you rotate the filter, but this thing works amazingly well!

This cleaner works very good. The water jet streams don't come out of the tip of the long fingers but just above them.The fingers are intended to separate and open the filter flaps to allow the water jets to flush dirt and debris. When you set the filter vertically on the side and use top to bottom motion to clean the flaps, you will see all the debris released and naturally flow down.This filter cleaner is made out of plastic so you have to treat it with care when you store it away.Other than that, I highly recommend this filter cleaner.

Bought and tried a different unit that had fingers that had good ratings but had short fingers and DID NOT clean into the pleats well, leaving most off the debris deep in the pleats.This unit was FAR BETTER!! Not only did the fingers reach all the way into the pleats, the water stream was more powerful. I had virtually no debris left behind deep in the pleats.I went through it thoroughly, rotating about an inch every couple of strokes to make sure I hit as many deep pleated areas. I also recommend flipping it over and repeating, this gives the jets of water a chance to hit the pleats near both top and bottom.

Wasn’t sure after some of the reviews, let’s face it, cleaning these filters is a pain, nothing is perfect, but this provides decent pressure to flush away the gunk and the teeth separate the pleats , it’s much easier and faster than they way I used to do it pleat by pleat. I’d recommend it, just received it today and cleaned two filters that had been soaking over night. It’s all plastic, but didn’t leak, the valve worked perfectly, I’m hoping it keeps performing as it did today.

Brilliant, wish I’d found years ago. Watch video on how to use. Takes 5 minutes, saves water and filters. Expensive but you get what you pay forUpdate: over 12m later and this is the best thing I have bought for my hot tub. Before i had this i would 1 or 2 new filters a yea - I don't need to do this now. Just clean the filter in 5/10 minutes and back in the hot tub.Another bonus - tub getting cloudy - take and clean filter (you will see needs it), put back in, and 24 hours later - clear water again

Works so much better than just using a hose! Exactly what I was looking for.
