We bought a bunch of baseball training aids to try out for fun. This was one of them. He sometimes uses it and sometimes doesn't. It definitely helps with sting, but he seems to bat worse with it on. For the right person it's probably just the ticket and my son tells me he sees pros using something similar sometimes, so there must be something to it.

Poor quality. Started peeling apart after using it twice. I then bought another brand (that came as a pack of 5) that was much better quality, worked great and was totally worth the price.

Took some getting used tkbbut it really has improved my at bats. Forces you to keep the bat in your fingers versus your palms
