Sebago Men's Docksides Boat Shoe

I had a tan pair of Sebago canvas deck shoes that I kept for MANY years. They finally bit the dust but were by far my most comfortable shoe over the years. I got these suede deck shoes since I could not find canvas in my size and width.These shoes are again my most comfortable shoes.Thanks Sebago.

The shoe is of high quality construction. However, when purchasing the shoe (as with all shoes), check out the sizing. I fit nicely into a 10 (R) Sonoma brand dockside shoe of similar appearance and construction. However, the Sebago brand was extremely cramped both in length and in width. In the Sebago brand, I will need a 10.5 (W) or even an 11 (W) to get the proper fit.

Doest not look like and feel like suede, texture is tough the material. It does not look and feel right imo.

They are what my husband wanted. He is breaking them in. I like the looks of them. They are a replacement for ones he bought many years ago. So, we are hoping they will last as long.

Not bad for the $65 price tag but not a true Sperry replacement (if that's what you're looking for, like I was). They also ran at least a half size larger than my other Sperry shoes.If I hadn't found another pair of Speerys at a brick and mortar store I probably would have reordered a smaller size and given them another try. Leather felt soft but I would have needed to add some insole supports - there was minimal padding in the soles.

Quality was very good! No cosmic imperfections.

You don't expect comfort and support from shoes like this but they are very stylish and since I bought the red one, they are flashy as well. Made with great material and the stitching is very well done.
