Did not alleviate pain and after a week, couldn’t tell if the bruising faded because of the time lapse or if this worked.

I love this stuff. I use it for bruises. I find the gel formula is much easier to smooth in the skin than the cream. I got an awful contusion on my right calf from falling off my husband's truck tailgate on 4th of July. I ran out of my arnica cream and ordered this. Got it today (1 day). Rubbed it on immediately and my leg feels better already and I know will be on the mend with the help of this gel. It helps with swelling and pain as well as healing it faster. Good stuff to have around. I will use it on sore shoulder muscles and see how it works. I'm sure it will help with that too. There is no bad scent and absorbs quickly. Recommend.
