So easy my son can do it, but it’s not dishwasher safe
It’s easy to use and the pressed sushi doesn’t stick to it. However be aware that it’s not dishwasher safe and so you’ll need to quickly hand wash it. It’s not hard to hand wash, just annoying to have to do for those who love their dishwashers!
