Worked well
I wanted these to replace nails in a porch railing. They did the job, the railing is now much more secure. The hex head makes it easy to get them started with the appropriate nut driver (1/4-inch in this case), then finish with a ratchet or cordless driver.

2 1/2" Version will snap if you're too aggressive, watch the torque setting.
I'm not a fan of nails and try to use screws whenever possible. So these were my alternative. They are very easy to use . The only problem that I had with the 2 1/2" version was snapping a few off... Once I realized the issue, I backed off the torque setting on the drill and it worked fine... but that's the reason for the 4 starts.

Both more secure and easier to use than nails
I have found these to be much easier to deal with working a the top of a ladder than long connector nails. The hex head makes them easy to drive in without the drill slipping off and the adapter is provided in the box.

I got what I ordered, but having used these and the No. 10 version, I would not use the No. 9, again, as the No. 10 version is definitely thicker and stronger. Also, recommend checking with local code on acceptability of these for structural use, as opposed to 3 inch nails. My county is on the line regarding their use.
