These contain lead. They tested positive for lead on the inside and outside. The test results vary from pink - less lead - to red - more lead. These tested blood red. I don't recommend these at all. They should not be selling lead covered products.

These are so cute but I am so disappointed, we wanted the lead comments to be untrue but having a 4 year old I bought the 3M LeadCheck Swabs to verify and on the untreated portions of the ceramics the swabs tested positive for lead. I requested a refund based on a defective product (food service container containing lead seem defective to me) and received a label from Eclipse Cedar Creations which required me to pay the return postage. I emailed the contact as Eclipse and he regurgitated the comment posted after the last person found lead and informed me my testing standard were not to the level of the FDA even thought the EPA has recognized the 3M LeadCheck will reliably determine the presence of lead. I am bitterly disappointed with this outcome and basically I will be escalating both the lead and the Eclipse Cedar Creations customer service issues directly to Amazon at this point. I would not buy this Product.

I actually thought I was purchasing the pattern that is photographed and instead I got the pattern that other reviewers have posted with the stupid dancing popcorn characters. These were for an adult movie party not for children! There’s nothing more furious than being shipped something other than what you bought.

Just as cute in person! The large bowl is HUGE! As big as a large popcorn bucket at a theater. The four small bowls are perfect for individual portions or to set out filled with candy, pretzels or nuts for a movie night snack bar.One small bowl did arrive broken, but the company immediately shipped out a replacement with no problem.
