Rolls very tightly the material is floppy and tavacco falls out when your about to close the lid diwn very annoying

Bought for a friend who hurt her hand and needed a machine to help. She's used rolling machines before without difficulty, however this one was useless. Every cigarette was ridiculously tight and completely unsmokeable for her. She cannot even use it for storing cigarettes as the lid doesn't seem to stay shut.
