Aeromax Adult Astronaut Suit with Embroidered Cap

I am writing this review on November 2nd, still wearing my large Aeromax orange suit after putting it on October 30th. The costume has held up surprisingly well for a near continuous 70 hours of wear. This bright neon orange costume is a real attention grabber at parties and bars (I've also got some interesting looks driving around town wearing it). The only con I can think of was all the astronautically bad puns people felt inclined to share with me on my adventures out. "Hey, where do astronauts drink!?" (A spacebar), "Do you know what kind of fish live in space?" (starfish), etc. You would think hearing that spacebar joke 10 times in one night would make it funny, you would be wrong. That joke is not funny, and now I am starting to think it's borderline offensive... but I digress.The important facts:I'm 6-3 with a 36in waist. The fit was a slightly sung at the waist, which wasn't much of an issue with the elastic (think sports pants fit) and the length in the pants part was about an inch short. This was expected as it clearly says the max size for large is 6-2. The included hat is pretty cool, but if you have an actual hat with the blue NASA meatball it adds a really nice touch the costume.Final thoughts; I awoke this morning to notice the zipper on the costume stuck. Perfect fit and looked GREAT!

Honestly I never expected NASA to call me up after purchasing this one of a kind Aeromax Adult Astronaut Suit! But they sure did! The phone call explained that Scott Kelly mailed in to them a hand written personal letter of recommendation for me to replace him as the Future greatest commander of the International Space Station, and possible missions to mars. Naturally i had to decline this once in a lifetime honor due to the fact that my bald eagle farm is due to have a mass hatching in the expected time period and by no means could i miss such a majestic sight! I contacted Scott with morse code and a green laser light, apologizing if i may have offended him. He then Called up Aeromax and they said that if i take the offer they will send me a live stream of me eagles to me in space! The best part of this suit is that with all of the super high tech NASA materials in it, you are capable of purging those awful poisons that one would consume in celebration! And the suit stays clean the entire time! Yes! this was the single best purchase i have ever made! I'm half tempted to take this to shark tank and just tell them No after every one of there offers to buy this off of me!

We loved the look of this costume, and it was a perfect match to the Aeromax kid's costume that my son was wearing. The only problem was that the large was much too huge on my husband, and the small was too small. We went with the small, and tucked the pants into boots and rolled up the sleeves to cover up the problem, but now we're stuck with both sizes because we weren't able to return in time. Also, the costume was really warm... just something to consider if you live in a warm climate like we do.

High quality costume. The details on the suit are higher than expected. I got tons of comments and picture requests. The suit doesnt breathe well if you are going to dance in it or be active but its not unbearble. I went to a space theme rave in mine and danced for 8 hours in it and was able to unzip and cool off while still wearing the costume. The hat that coems with it is poor quailty and lacks detail but the suit more than makes up for it.

I'm 5'8" 190 waist 37". With that said the suit is snug in the waist. From waist to neck it is long. From waist to ankle the fit was ok. Seems the large made for a tall slim male. It is a bright orange nylon of med weight some printed cloths show through. I wore all black sweats under it, was a cold Halloween . The NASA cap could have been better.

Really like the suit. Got it today.Unfortunately the hat was not in the package. So, if you plan on not wearing the hat I say go for it.

Very impressed with the quality of the material, zippers, and patches! I highly recommend this costume over any other astronaut costume. I've had several over the past years (all female, and mostly way too tight and revealing) and this one looks great, is comfortable and fits exactly as expected. It doesn't look cheap like most other costumes...it actually looks like you paid a lot of money for it and put a lot of effort into it. It even comes with a hat so all you really need is a pair of boots and you've got the coolest costume!
