TruXedo Expedition | 1705211 | Bed organizer/Cargo sling, Plastic, black - Full Size Trucks

Took me about 40 min to install, it was pretty easy. I mounded it under my factory Ford tonneau cover. It fit perfectly. Couple of gripes, when you install the rod mounts to the bracket, it rips the coating off. At some point I’m sure it will rust, next is the hardware, there is no locking nut, so I ended up using locktite. Finally the supplied bungees are junk, they will rot instantly if exposed to the weather. Outside of that it is what it is ...

I purchased this because of how it installed onto both sides of the bed of the truck. I also wanted one that would set up off the floor of the bed. I have this installed on a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT 1500 Crew Cab Short Bed with a Leer HF350M Tonneau Cover on the bed. It works great and would recommend it to anyone.

All you need is a 1/4" or 1/2, 14mm socket and ratchet wrench; or a small crescent wrench.Its a good product. Strong material. Easy install. Easy to move back and forth.What I would add:They need to add a 8x8x8 inch center support plastic block. It would support the weight in the center between the bag and the truck bed. Also, what is the total weight it can carry? Its not listed.

I bought one of these 7 years ago and it was a decent storage unit. in the last year the material started falling apart and a tare opened up in the back. I decided to replace it as 6 to 7 years was acceptable to me if the price was right. $140 seemed a bit steep but I noticed I could receive one in a damaged box for $85. I bought it. Unfortunately the box arrived missing several crucial parts: The brackets, the clamps, the end tubes with end caps that slide onto the bracket, and the bungee strips that pull the bag taut. The bottom panels that slide into a pocket to give the storage unit rigidity are half as thick. The over all quality of the bag itself is much thinner and lighter. I don't think that the bag would last 6 to 7 years like the previous version. Maybe two years at best.

This is a great product, and Amazon will tell you if you input "2017 Tacoma" that it fits, however the rail mounting system does not work with it. You have to buy some "Tacoma Rail T Slot nuts" to get an anchor in the rail system that actually fits/works.It's a workaround, but it does make it work

Easy to install into the 2019 Toyota Tacoma included rail system. Need to use the plastic sliding tie downs to secure the Truxedo to each side or if you can get the same screws included with them, along with the hex lock, so the screws don’t turn inside the rail. Please see the pics attached. I have the Truxedo installed under a Bakflip MX4 so the rails are about two inches lower than normal after the tonnaeu cover was installed. Because of this it does sit almost at the bottom/floor but that hasn’t been an issue yet.

I purchased the TruXedo Expedition Bed Organizer for my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. While the installation was simple and straightforward, the product itself is very disappointing.The bottom inserts, meant to provide stability, collapsed within a week under minimal weight. They are made from extremely thin corrugated plastic, which is not suitable for even light use. I had to replace the bottom with a stronger material just to carry something as basic as groceries. The side inserts do not stand up securely even when strapped.Despite everything being installed tightly and leveled, one or both sides frequently come unhinged from the mount. This happens every other week, even with normal city driving on clean streets. It’s frustrating to have to remount it constantly, especially since I don’t off-road or drive aggressively.At its current price, I expected a much higher-quality product. If it were priced at $50 or less, I might consider it a decent buy. However, given its poor durability and unreliable design, I cannot recommend this product at its current price point.

...for my truck bed, but it is a little time consuming to install. Once you done tho, it looks and works great!
