A really good idea that could be improved. It takes a little fiddling to get the shape right, but it keeps it if you don't need to move the wedge to another chair. Once it's on the chair, and you've found exactly the right place to sit, the angle is fine, and is just what I wanted. For a male, about 160 lbs, it was slightly too small, both width and length wise, but acceptable. However, for me, the real difficulty is that it feels like it turns into something like concrete after about half an hour, and becomes too uncomfortable. However, for those with more generously upholstered behinds, this could be just the thing.

This wedge pillow is very uncomfortable and was not at all helpful in positioning the pelvis in a comfortable way.It may be that it works better for some sitting surfaces than others but it was not helpful either on the straight backed chair I use with a medium soft cushion or my slightly angled firm sofa. I would not universalize the ineffectiveness of this product, I am just reporting my experience. Unfortunately I cannot return it so am out $30. So be cautious and watch for the "retunability" of such items. My fault for not paying attention to that and the times we are living in , but frustrating all round!

Meh. It sort of does the job, but it doesn't really stay in place, nor does it really hold its form. I had to put a towel around it to make it fill the space between the seat and backrest. I guess I was hoping for a miracle, but this wasn't it.

It’s really small. I couldn’t get it to move my pelvis into correct form. And you can’t return it. I guess I’ll use for car or yoga but not that helpful without the personal instruction.

I expected this wedge to have some squishy softness to it but it’s really not. It seemed hard on my spine. Did not work for me and when I went to return it, it says not returnable. That is very misleading as that is not stated anywhere in the write up. Buyer beware.

Because it's so small, it only helps posture a little. May work better for people with minor posture issues. It does travel well and it's better than nothing when taking plane trips or long car rides.

Not too impressed. The grip makes it difficult to move in the right position. This didn’t help me.

This simple wedge has literally saved my life from chronic pain after a back injury where I developed protective muscle guarding that caused even more problems. At first the wedge caused more discomfort as my body learned to be properly aligned while sitting and different muscles were activated. Now I can't live without it, I ordered 3 more so I have them in place wherever I sit. They are not expensive when you consider I don't have to take pain medicine and I visit the doctor less.
