I'm amazed by the difference between this and my prescription cream. Although it doesn't completely stop the itch, it's sufficient. The best part is relief of the dry flakes of skin - it softens them and reduces "tears" from the hard flakes snagging and ripping (psoriasis on my palms), thus decreasing all the open wounds. Not going to bother refilling any more scripts. This is a blessing.

This has been a great relief. Haven’t been diagnosed with psoriasis, but get redness, inflammation, itching, scaling in my ear that has turned to cellulitis several times. Had tried several OTC psoriasis and eczema treatments before stumbling onto another brand with salicylic acid. This lotion gives me the same prevention and control as that brand; but has no foul odor and doesn’t separate. It is SUCH A RELIEF! The salicylic acid treats/prevents the scaliness and the lotion keeps the skin soft. It really applies like a lotion - not greasy - and doesn’t have any medicinal smell. Was using coal tar ointments before salicylic acid - those are very greasy and very smelly. My previous salicylic acid cream constantly separated and had a yeasty kind of smell. This stays together, has almost no scent at all - at most it smells clean. I only wish there was a smaller tube for my purse, but I’ve been happy to carry this one around for the relief I get. Since starting with this type of lotion, have significantly decreased my flare ups and have not had any infections. Definitely plan to repurchase THIS brand! Update: if I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would! I reordered the 4pack; and just realized they sent a free 1/2 ounce tube with my order! So perfect!

Works but individual effectiveness varies

This product actually works! It keeps the itchiness and scales from psoriasis under control.

I have been using this cream for two weeks now and am rather pleased with it. First of all, I thank the team for sending me two of the smaller bottles when they were out of the larger size instead of canceling my order, that was very courteous especially when we're seeking relief. I am no longer able to afford my psoriasis medications so I have been treating it on my own and have been having a bad breakout on my face. After two weeks the flaking and itching is under control. I am so relieved to have that managed at the least. I definitely don't expect this cream to be a cure, but to help with the flaking and not make my sensitive face more irritated or greasy is great and I'll likely buy again! (Also because I saw some concerns in the reviews...salicylic acid does have fine needles in it that penetrate your skin to help the product absorb, so if you're uncomfortable with some prickles then this product might not be for you, but that is very normal with this ingredient)

Seems to be working. Only just received

I bought this as a stop-gap measure until I could see my doctor. The price for this size and strength is a pretty good value. It was, however, very harsh on my skin and I had to discontinue use after a couple of days. It may work for you but I just couldn't take it.

I was skeptical but gave it a try out of desperation. I had a flare up of eczema on my fingers. I had been using these steroid cream but my skin would dry and crack. I am happy I bought this cream. It is not sticky, it is not greasy; The cream absorbes really fast and provided relief immediately. After a couple of days of application my hands had improved considerably. Since then, I always put some of this cream in a travel size container and carry it in my bag everywhere. I believe it is functional because it can be used as a moisturizer. It does not have a smell.

The expiration is very soon and the cream itself is so dark.. we couldn't use it at all.
