broken cones
The flavor is great - the shipment came fast - BUT when I opened the packaging I was shocked - the box looked good (a slight crease but not questionable). I pulled out the packaging which looked perfect. cut open the clear plastic bag - all fine BUT when I opened the styrofoam cover which houses the cones, I was shocked. A broken mess. The cones on the left side were mostly broken and a few on the right side. Was sure glad I didn't have guests for icecream cones - just hubby and me - so we made the best of it and ate pieces. Probably more than half were crushed beyond use. I was so sad. Maybe this isn't an item to send. Thought the packaging was good enough but looks like something heavy must have dropped on it. Don't really know what to do.
