I purchased the 5” box springs and 12” mattress for my granddaughter. The mattress is firm and comfortable. There were physical black marks and tears on both the box springs and mattress but no structural damage from what I could tell. Not looking brand new. Checking on warranty now.

Basic mattress but comfortable. Relieved lower back pain and gave support to lower back and hips.

There were delays, due to the shipping company, XPO in ABQ. The seller was actually very responsive and has great customer service. The mattress is wonderful. I'm now quite pleased.

Not good for low back painers, hurts!

We really like this bed. It is high-quality especially for the price. Usually like firm beds but I actually really like this one

it broke within 2 years and Simmons didn't want to cover it since it didn't have their brand box springcan't recommend never had a mattress break so quickly

I got it ( a twin size ) BR800 12 in Medium , for about $250 on sale....at another leading chain...for the price its pretty good...a Simmons/Beautyrest...but if you go up to the BR800 12 in plush euro top is about $420 ish ... im sure its better....but not $170 better, lol.....then price goes up even more .... for a BRS900 12 inch Medium Innerspring Mattress...$570 ish .... so in short i got a solid deal for a quality mattress...but the price quickly goes up so be careful....so even though i wanted a little better..i wasn't willing to pay 2 times the price... for almost the same thing...a twin mattress!i took a star off..because i think the price points are a little out of whack...and the mattress is slightly on the firm side
