It WORKS!
I have been dealing will swelling and pain in my calves and feet daily from vein issues. Sitting and driving were dreaded activities until I got this product. OMG! what a difference it made for me. Typically, my the time I got home from work, my calves, ankles and feet would have swollen a goo 1-1.5 inches in my calves and ankles due to fluid build-up. Since wearing it to work everyday, I have experienced ZERO swelling or pain---at all! Get this product, you will not be sorry. I am 5'4, 160 lbs and a size 6/8---purchased the medium. It is a tight fit at the ankle, but it STOPS the swelling by enabling circulation. Now, my legs look great after a 10-12 hr workday. AMEN! Awesome product and fast delivery!

Great Alternative
These knee-highs are the solution to the lymphedema swelling in my ankles, calves, and feet. I tried 3 pairs of Jobst thigh-highs before realizing that the knee-high works best for me. Although I do have large varicosities all the way up my legs, the thigh levels were just too tight and painful. These still provide the strong compression I need without the behind the knee pain often associated with thigh highs. They are very long and I have very long legs. I am 5'7", I weigh 175 and I ordered a medium. I wear them every day and hand-wash them every other. I've had them for about a month and not even a blip in the fabric. Very sturdy. I do have thin legs and these are perfect. I'd have given a 5 star, except for the length in the foot cuff. It tends to roll when I put on my shoes. They could be tighter there. The fabric, compression level, and sturdiness are better than Jobst, IMO.

O.K. with open-toe sandals - HANDY OPTION for those who need it!
Reason for buying: I bought these as a gift for my Mother. Her cardiologist recommended she go UP from a 20-30 compression to the next category. Her varicose veins give her a great deal of pain and in addition, compression stockings are a must for her on flights to avoid Deep Vein Thrombosis. Finally, she was told that she's got to wear compression stockings or socks every day and all day. This was upsetting for someone who lives in sandals and slides. I tell you - old age is not for the faint of heart! The thigh-high stockings didn't work well and the waist-high pantihose version even less so: occasional kidney problems make it imperative that whatever compression stockings she wears removes easily and quickly. I had to find compression stockings that could be worn with open-toed sandals and slides WITHOUT looking too obvious. What we found: She liked the look of them but COULD NOT get the stockings on her foot. Not the stocking's fault, of course. Despite the cardiologist's recommendation of a 30-40 compression, we're taking her back down to something more manageable; something she can actually slide onto her feet. Since I travel with compression socks, I requisitioned this pair and they felt fine. You've got to roll them on slowly and carefully and position the seam just right. I hated the aesthetics of these and had to remind myself that they weren't designed for beauty - merely utility. The toe area rode up a bit (I wore these with Clark's open-toe sandal) but a little adjusting helped. This will come in handy for summer trips by plane or when there's a long bout of summer walkabouts in humid weather. I really try not to use compression stockings too much for fear I'll get used to them and once you cross THAT Rubicon, it's a slippery slope. I will update the review again post-Summer. Thank you for taking time to read this review about a pedestrian (but useful) item. I hope it was helpful to you.

Comfortable, Durable, Value-Minded
I suffer from veinous insufficiency at the young age of 48 following a knee injury related to a blood clot the doctors missed post surgery. Currently, I'm a compression sock wearer for life and contrary to what the "specialists" have recommended, I've taken to wearing Truform instead of the $60 brands that have been pushed on me. I'm reviewing these to inform others, these compression socks are doing their job just fine (even great) and I have no complaints other than that it's a bummer to have to wear these for the next 52 years. These socks, as well as the closed toe version are every bit as effective as the top shelf brands like Jobst & Sigvaris.

Tight👍🏼
Nice compression. Good for the long 12 hrs on your feet. Definitely have to warm up to as they felt really tight during initial uses. They feel great now. Always a battle to put them on but worth the fight !

Too long for average woman
These have been my go to compression stockings for a few years now. But, the last couple of sets have been a disappointment. I believe they made them longer to fit both men and women and now they're way too long for me. I'm 135lbs and 5'4" so not short or too heavy. I'm average built so the medium should and used to fit properly. The result is they bunch up causing painful creases. I'm sorry to say I have to search for another brand that takes into consideration the height of the person or is designed for the average woman.

Bien
Ces bas compression sont bien mais un peu dur à mettre comparativement à des marques de meilleure qualité. Disons que la qualité/ prix est passable.

All day comfort and no swelling or pain
Being an 86 year old man I can put them on in the morning quite easily and find it more difficult to in the evening. I experience no swelling or pain in the right leg on which the veins were removed a number of years back

Confortable et performant!
Excellente compression surtout à la cheville, là où c'est le plus important! Facilement comparable aux bas de compression des grandes marques à grand prix!

Size chart inaccurate
Sizing chart not accurate. I followed instructions on how to measure, and ordered accordingly, and theyare too tight, and created a turnaky on my calf. Don't recommend this product!
