Great Grips
This review is for the Saplize golf grips with regripping kit, orange, mid size.In over 25-years of playing golf, there are two things I have never done... hole in one and regrip my clubs. I replaced 12 grips and it took me maybe 1-1/2 hours. There are several online videos that show different processes. My clubs had spent the weekend in the back on my vehicle when I began. The heat had soften the old grips, so when I made the lengthwise cut (with the included knife), the old grip and old tape peeled off easily. Clean the shaft, install the new tape strip. This kit makes that process SO easy. Spray the inside of the grip with the included lubricant and slide on. I did this without the recommended vise and had no issues. I let them set up overnight and the grips are nice and tight, no movement at all. The 4-ounce bottle of lubricant may sound like a small amount, but it is more than enough for a set of clubs, I still have 2/3 of a bottle left. The kit also includes extra tape strips.

nice grips nice company but......
I had installed these grips on 13 of my clubs. They really looked very nice, went on easy and seemed to be well worth the purchase, however, after using some of my clubs for a few rounds of golf(talking about 9 hole course) I noticed that the grips became hard and slippery, worn out, especially on my driver. I was very disappointed with these grips. They didn't last long on my driver and a few other clubs that I use fairly frequently. It's a shame because these grips looked really cool and nice, but a huge disappointment. The company is nice when you have questions and the kit that comes with the grips is nice, but I can not recommend these grips.

Best Golf Grips I've Used
For the past 40 years I have always re-gripped my own clubs as I like a certain feel and width. For the better part of the past 15 years, I've only used Lampkins Mid Size. The last I bought I wasn't happy with and searched Amazon and found these Saplize grips - a complete kit for 13 clubs (need a different grip for the putter) which was perfect. I've always used two sided rolls of tape but their strips make the job so much easier. So, next spring when I re-grip my clubs again, Saplize is what I will order.

I would do it again
The delivery was fast and the Grip Kit included everything that I needed, including instructions. I replace my own grips every year and it was getting quite expensive. I figured as a diy'er if I did not like the product, I would redo the grips with something else. The grips aesthetically were not as good as Golf Pride or Winn due to breaks in the grip pattern/material. You could definitely see imperfections in the black part of the grip. However, the grips were easy to install and I did not need anything from my kit to do the job (major plus). I wasn't going to use their tape because it looked cheap, but it was extremely tacky and I figured it would help the review to be consistent on what to expect with this purchase. I went out and played a round with them and the grips felt great. That is really the most important part for me. Savings were over $100 and the playability was above my expectations. I only hope they last the rest of the season now.

Happy about these!
I got these for my boyfriend for Christmas. It was one of those gifts he picked out and showed me but wasn't sure if he was getting them or not. I got him these grips (mid-size) along with the JBL Clip speaker and he's all set to go play with his buddies. He loves playing golf and is actually pretty good so when he saw I got these he was so excited, we got them put on the next day at Dick's Sporting Goods. 10/10 would highly recommend. Also, to give a review from the performance side of it, I have hit a few balls with these and I do like the way the grips feel but I'm no where near as good as he is or as smart about playing as he is lol. My bf says they feel like bran new clubs and hes more accurate and in control with his shots!

Worst Product I've Ever Bought on Amazon
These are absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY THEM! I spent a full hour trying to get one grip over my standard size shaft and couldn't do it. I then spent one hour peeling off the garbage grip tape that comes with these from ONE CLUB! I returned it. I've gripped my own clubs many times and it's a piece of cake. This was a two hour waste of my time to save about $30. Buy brand name grips and standard grip supplies. You'll be thankful.

seem nice and soft but cosmetically they look like crap
This wasn't the cheapest set of grips but not the most expensive. I am no golfer but enjoy a day out now and then. I decided to regrip my clubs for the first time. The rubber was getting hard, dry and slippery. These had great reviews and went on as advertised no issues at all. The issue is the design on the grip is peeling off. I had done three before I noticed. I thought maybe it happened on the install but they came this way. As you can see in the pictures of the grips before installation. The rubber feels nice and pliable when gripped ( if that's a golf term) but they are looking like the grips I just cut off only softer. I think id shop local and get a nicer set for the money I paid next time. They will work for now. I'm not cutting them off to return them right now, although for the money I paid I'm considering it.

Easy to put on, great feel
Put on all 13 in under two hours. Did not need any special tools nor a vise. Just a sharp blade to slit the old grips and a paint tray to catch drips as I oiled the grips and taped shaft.Came with good instructions; helpful if you are new to doing this.Grip tape is different from what I have used in the past: more a gauze (once protective paper removed) than a tape. When taped shaft is thoroughly oiled, grips slipped right on over it. Don’t know how easy gauze will be to remove once time comes to again regrip. On the range, loved the tacky feel of the new grips And also thought that I should have regrouped sooner. Did not realize how bad I had let my old grips get.Size was a good fit for my somewhat larger-than-average hands.

Good Value
My previous grips needed replacing these did the job. A good selection of colourful grips, with easy step by step instructions. All the relevant equipment came with this package , an instrument to cut away the old grips, adhesive strips and re gripping solvent. Very good value and easy to do. A very satisfying task I would recommend any golfing enthusiast to give it a try

Great Quality at a Good Price
Bought these during lockdown to replace the grips on my irons and woods. Very pleased with them, having used the clubs for 6 rounds since fitting they seem excellent and are really good value. Plenty of tape supplied plus a knife to remove the old grips, spirit to assist fitting and very importantly a rubber rubber sleeve to protect the shafts when they are in a vice. Overall I am very pleased and would certainly recommend them.

Great kit for renewing your grips. Quality item.
I was a little dubious about renewing my grips myself. I'm quite keen to try most things and I'm pleased I did, I watched a couple of YouTube videos first and the process was relatively easy. The kit comes with everything you need. You will need to clamp the shaft to some thing as pushing on the new grips requires some pressure.I will definitely re-grip my clubs again as it's actually quite an easy process.

Everything you need to regrip your clubs
The kit has the hook blade that made removing the old grips really easy. The grip tape has the perforation down the middle that makes removing the backing tape simple and the solvent is a good sized bottle that i used copiously and still had some left after completing 11 grips. The grips are just the right size for me (midsize) and I managed to put all on without mishap- check out you tube for how to do this- the key is "there's never TOO much solvent". One thing to watch is to keep the excess solvent off the outside of the grip as it does make the colour dye run. In total though a well priced pack with all that you need apart form a vice (you do get the rubber insert for holding the club in the vice).

Great
Fantastic golf grip and fitting set. I bought this to upgrade an old set of clubs, very easy to use and after 1 or 2 careful goes at fitting a new grip I was able to finish my complete set quickly and easily. Just a wee tip tho,I used plenty of white spirit to coat the grip tape as the solvent provided won't last too long. That small gripe aside. Excellent product and a very comfortable grip.
