I am a full time photographer and I use filters every day and I cannot believe how amazing this filter is
Absolutely incredible filter! I am a full time photographer and I use filters every day and I cannot believe how amazing this filter is. I disassembled the filter and it has a 1mm thickness which is thinner and lighter than the typical 2-3mm you would see with other brands. The coatings not only blow away the competition across the entire visible range for reflection elimination but they repel water amazingly well. When you clean the surface it doesn't streak like you may see on other non repelling coatings. The filter is about 2/3's the thickness of a standard filter (6mm total thickness vs 8mm standard, 3.5mm added thickness vs 5.5mm standard) so you can stack more without risking vignetting. The build quality is also extremely clean and professional. The label is very crisp and clear on the edge and is of high quality screen printing. The filter also came with a very nice impact resistant case that seems to be a lot more durable than other cases. The case also has a well designed foam insert that protects the filter while travelling. Mine also came with a cleaning cloth!

Almost no color cast
I don't see much color cast if any, unlike the variable NDs. It works great, sharp and neutral color

Great filter. Slight color casts. ND8.
Did some testing with a Canon 100mm f/2.8L IS USM. I locked my Canon at 5000k white balance and shot 12 photos back to back, 6 without filter and 6 with. First photo is without ND, second is with. There is a slight color cast (seller claimed there was none). Changing white balance to 5200 and tint +5 magenta fixes it and makes the photos indistinguishable so nothing you can't make a preset for.All ND filters have a color cast, to claim there isn't one is just setting yourself up for being called out in reviews. That being said, the color cast of these filters is MINIMAL and easily fixed in post. Way better than a Hoya, Tiffen, and other chinese brands. I would say it's on par with a B+W as those has slight casts too, about this minimal. There is no such thing as a perfect "screw on" ND filter. If you want perfect, buy $$$$ square filters.Optically? I would say it drops the sharpness down 2-3%. Almost imperceivable unless you're comparing photos at 200% zoom pixel peeping, but again it's so little you don't lose any detail. All filters affect sharpness from UV to ND, but this one I would say is amongst the best money can buy optically on the market for a screw in. Just as good as a B+W.If the description was a little more honest, I would rate it 5/5.

They are beautiful
I love these, my picture have been coming out beautifully! All of them are packaged very nicely which makes it very easy to get to them and switch out filters quickly. Also you have the wonderful reward of knowing you are helping out plant need trees along the way of doing what you love!

Good for daylight timelapse
I use these for daylight timelapse mounted on the Nikon 18-140 DX lens. I use either one both stacked to get the shutter speed close to 1s. These filters are very thin and I have not noticed vingetting .

Good ND but Mine Came Used?
Great ND filter for the price. I'm only knocking off a star because my filter looked used as the paint on the threads we're worn and there was little packing cardboard shreds all over it. Still a pretty good ND filter.
